Imperative Logistics is seeking a Mission Critical & Time-Sensitive Operations Specialist responsible for end-to-end execution of time-critical freight across air, ocean, road and multimodal solutions to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with carriers, suppliers and internal teams, monitor shipments in real time, leverage CargoWise One for booking and tracking, handle project cargo and expedite shipments, and continuously improve response times in a

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of multimodal logistics operations experience (Air, Ocean, Road, Project, Expedited).
• Experience managing time-sensitive shipments and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CargoWise One or similar TMS platforms for booking and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute time-sensitive shipments across all modes to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee mission-critical freight operations, including expedited and high-priority shipments.
• Monitor shipments in real time and provide updates to internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and global partners to secure capacity and mitigate disruptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Compliance, and Warehouse teams to meet SLAs.
• Utilize CargoWise One for booking, tracking, and documentation.
• Handle project cargo and oversized freight with regulatory compliance.
• Analyze processes to reduce delays and improve response times.
• Provide after-hours coverage for urgent shipments as needed.
