Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HR, payroll, timekeeping or data-entry experience helpful but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and maintain employee time and attendance data.
• Review hours daily for accuracy and completeness.
• Compare timekeeping records against schedules and reports.
• Identify discrepancies and timekeeping errors.
• Document corrections and follow up as needed.
• Notify managers and HR staff when discrepancies arise.
• Maintain organized records and confidentiality.
• Follow established timekeeping and attendance procedures.
• Provide other HR support duties as assigned.
