Job summary

PrestigePEO is seeking an HR Time & Attendance Analyst to join our client-focused team. You will provide front-line support to clients and internal stakeholders regarding timekeeping platforms. You will act as a trusted partner to clients, resolving system issues, assisting with configurations, answering questions, and ensuring the optimal use of timekeeping systems.

You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to drive solutions and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with timekeeping, HRIS, or payroll systems.
• Experience with time and labor management systems.
• Prior client-facing experience with strong customer service.
• Knowledge of timekeeping/payroll concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support to clients and internal stakeholders for timekeeping platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or usage issues via phone, email, or screen sharing.
• Assist with system configuration, pay rules, schedules, and PTO accruals.
• Track interactions and report on client issues to drive improvements.
