Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• Up to two years of experience in HR operations, payroll support, or systems administration; internships or academic experience count.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfort with computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Ability to learn HRIS platforms, time and attendance systems, device configuration tools, and vendor support processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, documentation, and follow-through.
• Effective written and verbal communication, including explaining technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate time clocks: ordering, deployment, and replacement for multiple locations.
• Assist with employee badge ordering and maintain badge data used for timekeeping.
• Configure and maintain punch, pay, scheduling, and attendance policies in the time & attendance system.
• Process changes to schedules and attendance policies; validate results and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide first-line support for devices and assist with setup and connectivity; escalate when needed.
• Maintain records of clock deployments, configurations, and support cases.
