Job summary

HMSHost is seeking an HRMS Analyst II - Time & Attendance at our Bethesda, MD location. You will deliver advanced Tier 2 technical support for core HR and time & attendance systems, manage UKG accruals, and implement changes to accrual calculations based on policy updates while ensuring data integrity.

You will partner with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration, provide user training, and develop documentation to promote self-service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years combined education and experience in HRMS analytics.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Kronos is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, complex formulas).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier 2 HRMS support for core HR and time & attendance systems.
• Manage UKG accrual processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Test and monitor accrual calculations in UKG per business rules.
• Handle HRIS-related ServiceNow tickets and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain system configurations and data integrity across HR systems.
• Create user guides and training materials for HR systems.
