Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Timekeeping Systems Specialist to serve as the SME for our timekeeping platforms.

You will act as the central point of contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it, coordinating with Human Resources and Payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing and system integrity. This role involves troubleshooting issues, guiding users, assisting with system enhancements, training material updates, access provisioning, and proxy set-ups to prevent

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct regular audits of timekeeping to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain an active relationship with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
• Update and distribute timekeeping training materials.
• Ensure new users and role transitions have timely access and training.
• Complete proxy set-ups to avoid disruptions during absences.
• Provide user support and resolve inquiries about system navigation and integrations.
• Escalate complex issues to stakeholders or vendors for timely resolution.
• Collect information for diagnostic research before escalation.
• Monitor system activity and data integrity; identify discrepancies.
• Maintain training materials reflecting system updates and regulatory requirements.
• Build a centralized knowledge repository of QRGs and FAQs.
