Job summary

Child Care Resources Inc is seeking a Tile Scheduling Assistant/Customer Service in Dallas to support tile installations by presenting available dates, ensuring materials are ready, and communicating with customers, builders, installers, and internal teams.

This full-time, on-site role requires fast-paced organization, reliable scheduling, and strong customer service skills; Spanish bilingualism is a plus and some weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or scheduling experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong calendar management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist main tile scheduler with setting up and confirming jobs.
• Help builders, customers, and installers over the phone.
• Confirm material for jobs has arrived and in the warehouse.
• Call builders, customers, or installers to confirm installation/repair dates.
• Organize installation paperwork and have ready for dispatchers.
• Handle schedule changes and reschedule appointments.
• Coordinate with other departments to align scheduling.
• Troubleshoot issues; assist at reception during lunch.
