Acquire4Hire LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Tile Scheduling Assistant/Customer Service on-site role to coordinate tile installations, confirm material arrivals, and communicate with customers, builders, installers, warranty, and sales daily.

The position requires strong organization in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday–Friday 6am-3pm or 7am-4pm with occasional Saturday work; pay is around $18 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

Fast-paced environment requires strong organization.
2+ years customer service/scheduling experience preferred.
Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.
Knowledge of tile, flooring, or construction scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist main tile scheduler with setting up and confirming jobs.
Help builders, customers, and installers over the phone.
Confirm materials for jobs have arrived and are in the warehouse.
Call builders, customers, or installers to confirm installation/repair dates.
Organize installation paperwork and prepare for dispatch.
Handle schedule changes and reschedule appointments.
Coordinate with other departments to align scheduling.
Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling issues.
May assist at reception during lunch times.

We are seeking a Tile Scheduling Assistant/Customer Service to join our team!

About This Role

We are seeking a Tile Scheduling Assistant/Customer Service to join our team!

This is NOT a work from home job.

You will be responsible for providing available scheduling dates for our Tile installs, making sure materials have arrived and are reserved, and communicate with our customers, builders, installers, and our warranty and sales department on a daily basis.

This is a fast-paced job and requires great organization to keep up with all the moving parts.

Hours are Monday-Friday 6am-3pm OR 7am-4pm, some work occasionally on Saturday for 4 hours may be required at times.

Pay depends on experience, but will be approximately $18.00hr.

We are located in Dallas near Garland off 635!

What You'll Do

At least 2 years of customer service/scheduling experience preferred
Bi-Lingual English and Spanish is a PLUS!
Knowledge of Tile, Flooring, and/or experience working in Construction type scheduling/customer service job a BIG PLUS!!
