Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. in Dallas is seeking an entry-level Customer Order Specialist to support the customer experience by handling inquiries, processing orders, and delivering timely solutions. This role coordinates communications with customers and internal teams, resolves issues, and contributes to satisfaction initiatives.

The position is in-office, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no sponsorship or relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 0-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks and administration related to customer experience such as calls, order processing, delivery status, claims, POs, and other duties as defined by the department.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
• Serve as a customer experience resource for other associates.
• May assist with warehouse and inventory tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide basic analysis and apply knowledge from experience or standard procedures to solve problems.
