Job summary

The Jarrell Company in Dallas seeks a diligent Scheduler to manage daily billing prep, confirm readiness, and schedule installation and service visits. You will support operations by assisting customers and sales staff with product information, availability, scheduling, and returns.

You will coordinate with the logistics team on daily tasks, maintain accurate records, and respond promptly to inquiries with a professional, friendly approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience is required; industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Work and maintain all incoming install, deliveries, shipments, pre-walks and follow up requests.
• Call builders/customers to verify job readiness.
• Schedule orders by ship date and maintain filing.
• Build install purchase orders and process invoices.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers via phone or email.
