Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act in line with company core values and open/close responsibilities.
• Demonstrate understanding of alarm procedures and safety checks.
• Perform managerial duties such as audits, markdown approvals, overrides, and cash office tasks.
• Maintain store presentation standards and organize the department.
• Lead morning huddles, conduct Power Hours, and function as CARE Manager.
• Ensure safety, security, and loss prevention compliance; report incidents as needed.
• Oversee product placement, pricing, signage, and showroom readiness.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections; process POS transactions.
• Provide product demonstrations and host customer education classes.
