• Enforce safety and SOPs for lifting and store procedures.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, and department organization.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and purchases.
• Operate POS system and process refunds/exchanges.
• Deliver product demonstrations and how-to classes.
