Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at check-out using the POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Present 'how-to' classes to customers.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price tags.
• Coordinate with management on inventory needs and pricing.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure attentive service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
