Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in the Hampton, VA area is hiring to train and develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience through outstanding service and product knowledge.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in customer service or sales, and strong communication skills. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for training and advancement.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price tags/signs.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
