Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandise knowledge and showroom organization.
• Greet customers and assist with questions, product selections and checkout processes.
• Follow cash, check and card procedures and operate the POS system.
• Present and teach product knowledge classes to customers.
