Job summary

The Absorption Company is seeking an experienced affiliate and creator program lead for TikTok Shop. You will own the creator engine, manage Discord community, and build enduring relationships with creators and agency partners.

You will partner with the Director of Performance Influencers & Affiliates to drive campaigns, optimize GMV, and shape Trybe content. This is a high-autonomy build role that requires deep TikTok Shop expertise and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

3+ years building a TikTok Shop creator base from scratch.
Hands-on experience with affiliate outreach, sampling and creator retention.
Fluent in TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center, plus creator tools like Cruva, Euka or Reacher.
A sharp eye for hooks and formats, and the ability to turn winners into clear briefs.
Comfort with numbers: you can read a GMV and commission dashboard, spot what's working and act on it.
Self-directed: you build the process, set the targets and hit them without hand-holding.

Responsibilities

Own The Absorption Company's creator Discord end to end, including posts, contests and weekly briefs.
Build a clear affiliate tiers path and VIP experience for top creators.
Lead affiliate campaigns, sampling budgets, and create affiliate one-pagers for every SKU.
Coordinate with creator agencies, track output and maintain monthly content goals.
Analyze top affiliate content and collaborate with ads on Spark Ads and GMV Max.
Manage daily Live schedule and coordinate with partners for launches.
Own the TikTok Shop side of Trybe and manage content rights and usage.
Ensure compliance with supplement advertising and FTC guidelines.
