Job summary

tarte cosmetics is looking for an Affiliate Creator Community Manager to grow our creator affiliate program, with a focus on TikTok Shop, Discord and Lark. This hands-on role blends community building, creator marketing, and affiliate strategy to engage top creators, nurture emerging partners, and turn engagement into sales.

You will shape programming, events, incentives, and communications, establish KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale our creator ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in influencer or affiliate marketing.
• Hands-on experience building and/or managing a Discord community.
• Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate marketing or another social commerce/creator affiliate platform.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and what motivates creators to engage, create and sell.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt to tarte’s fun, social-first brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, day-to-day management, and continued growth of tarte’s Discord and Lark affiliate communities, creating an engaging destination where creators want to participate and grow.
• Develop an ongoing community programming calendar featuring challenges, contests, leaderboards, incentives, recognition programs, trainings, webinars, and IRL creator experiences.
• Identify, nurture, and reward top-performing and emerging affiliates, providing education, resources, content inspiration, and selling strategies to drive long-term success.
• Build scalable communication strategies that mobilize creators around priority products, promotions, commission opportunities, content best practices, and TikTok Shop tools.
• Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, platform updates, affiliate best practices, and emerging creator behaviors, while gathering community feedback to inform internal teams and future programming.
• Establish and track KPIs for community health and affiliate performance, including active membership, participation, creator activation, content volume, sales, and the effectiveness of community initiatives.
