Aufgaben

• Own & operate day-to-day TikTok Shop functions to meet commercial goals
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners on product priorities and platform functionality
• Manage gifting programs and create creator briefs for engaging content
• Maintain relationships with top creators to retain engagement and performance
• Scale the TikTok Shop affiliate community through outreach, onboarding, and ongoing engagement
• Support reporting on performance and drive continuous optimization
• Monitor gifting spend and budgets for efficient investments
• Provide ad-hoc support for activations and product launches
