Job summary
Recom is expanding beyond Amazon into social commerce and creator-driven growth. We seek a TikTok Shop & Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Manager to own strategy for TikTok Shop across our brand portfolio and to manage Amazon-focused affiliate programs.
The role reports to the SVP, Social & Agentic Commerce and requires autonomous, long-term thinking and strong collaboration with partner teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing, familiar with creator
Qualifications
- 3+ years of TikTok Shop experience with hands-on execution
- 3+ years in affiliate/influencer/performance marketing
- Experience managing affiliate/creator programs on platforms like Levanta, Creator Connections, CJ, Impact, Awin, Superfiliate, Upfluence
- Ability to read per-SKU profitability models and make margin-based decisions
- Builder mindset with autonomous, long-term strategic thinking
Responsibilities
- Own long-term TikTok Shop strategy for Recom brands
- Develop onboarding, launch, and management playbooks for TikTok Shop
- Define brand TikTok Shop presence, SKU strategy, pricing, and content approach
- Track GMV, contribution margin, and halo effects across brands
- Lead end-to-end brand launches with partner teams and manage relationships
- Run weekly operating cadence with partner teams and ensure deliverables
