AG1 is seeking a driven operator to own and scale the TikTok Shop and Trybe program. You will oversee P&L, storefront merchandising, agency management, creator/affiliate strategy, and LIVE commerce. You’ll lead Trybe end to end, including VIP tier, retainer program, content approvals, and paid strategy.

You will track GMV, affiliate GMV, and program economics to guide investments, optimize margins, and demonstrate measurable impact across the growth channel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record running and scaling a TikTok Shop with P&L ownership.
• Hands-on knowledge of creator/affiliate programs, commissions, seeding and LIVE commerce.
• Experience owning P&L and managing spend vs. margin and growth targets.

Responsabilités
