Nutrabolt is seeking a Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Coordinator to grow our TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC affiliate initiatives. You will liaison between creators, agencies, and internal teams to drive engagement, activation, and revenue across social commerce channels.

The ideal candidate loves creator marketing, builds communities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where relationship management and execution matter.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, social commerce, or community management.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Experience managing external partners, agencies, or creator relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Own and nurture relationships with top TikTok Shop creators.
• Coordinate creator opportunities, product seeding, and campaigns.
• Manage communications through Discord, Lark, and other channels.
• Provide support for creator inquiries and campaign participation.
• Track performance and prepare regular reports.
