Recom is expanding from Amazon into social commerce. We are seeking a TikTok Shop & Affiliate Marketing Manager to own strategy for TikTok Shop across a brand portfolio and lead our Amazon-focused affiliate and influencer programs.

This role collaborates with partner teams to scale shop operations and drive growth across channels. The ideal candidate can work autonomously, think long-term, and be strategic about how each brand appears on TikTok Shop while building the function beyond current

Qualifications

• 3+ years building TikTok Shop presence and scaling the brand
• 3+ years in affiliate/influencer/performance marketing, preferably Amazon-focused
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate/creator programs on major platforms
• Comfort interpreting per-SKU or per-partner profitability models for launch decisions
• Builder mindset: autonomous, long-term strategic thinking for a new function

Responsibilities

• Own long-term strategy for TikTok Shop across brand portfolio and drive evolution
• Develop and improve onboarding, launch, and management playbooks for TikTok Shop
• Define brand-specific TikTok Shop presence, SKU strategy, content, and paid boosting
• Track GMV, margin, and halo impact across brands
• Lead end-to-end launch processes for new brands with partner teams
• Manage weekly cadences and accountability with partner teams
• Analyze KPI performance across TikTok Shop and affiliate channels
• Own Amazon Creator Connections end-to-end and manage off-Amazon creator reporting
• Recruit and manage affiliates, deal sites, and influencers with varied compensation models
