Job summary

Blissy is seeking an experienced TikTok Shop growth operator to scale our affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, and livestream commerce efforts. You will report to the Director of TikTok Shop and build a high-performing network of affiliates and creators to drive GMV and ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience.
• Proven success growing brands through affiliate marketing and creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Experience with livestream commerce.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute TikTok Shop growth initiatives alongside the Director of TikTok Shop.
• Build and manage a high-performing affiliate and creator network.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage creator relationships.
• Develop affiliate campaigns, commission structures, and promotional strategies.
• Help plan and optimize livestream shopping campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROI, affiliate performance) and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Operations to execute campaigns.
• Stay current on TikTok Shop trends, platform updates, and best practices.
