Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or strategic consulting in digital marketing.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok advertising and ability to translate features into business value.
• Excellent client service, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
• Lead regular business reviews (QBRs) to present performance results and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal performance teams to ensure campaigns align with KPIs and objectives.
• Act as a strategic consultant by leveraging TikTok advertising expertise to deliver insights and tailored strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
