Job summary

DAG Tech seeks a Tier II IT Support Engineer to join our Engineering Operations team in Phoenix. You will provide frontline IT support to end-users, configure desktops and mobile devices, troubleshoot hardware, network issues, and manage cloud services accounts.

This on-site contract role is 10–40 hours per week, with a strong emphasis on service quality and accurate documentation. Pathways to Tier III engineering and cybersecurity responsibilities are described in the role briefing.

Qualifications

• Experience providing frontline IT support or helpdesk services.
• Ability to configure desktops/laptops and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Manage cloud service accounts (M365/Google Workspace) and user access.
