Tech Dynamix in Ohio is seeking an IT Support Technician II to handle Tier 2 desktop, Microsoft 365, and network issues. You will be the first reader of escalations and decide what needs engineering input, while helping the Technician I grow.

You will travel to client sites and work on-site at the Hudson or Painesville office, delivering small end-to-end projects and contributing to the engineering track.

Formación

• Three or more years of professional IT support experience.
• Tier 2 diagnosis capabilities: Windows troubleshooting beyond scripts, Microsoft 365 admin, and networking basics.
• Active Directory and Entra ID administration in production.
• Ability to explain technical problems clearly to a business owner.
• A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work on-site full-time at the Painesville or Hudson office.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Tier 2 queue: diagnose advanced problems after first contact.
• Take escalations from Technician I and provide guided completions with notes.
• Administer Microsoft 365 in depth: Entra ID, Intune, conditional access, and relevant settings.
• Diagnose network problems beyond basics and assess firewall relevance.
• Work on Windows Server under an engineer's direction.
• Deliver small projects end-to-end: workstation rollouts and office moves.
• Coach Technician I and review documentation to the standard used by the team.
• Travel to client sites across Lake, Geauga, Cuyahoga, Summit, and Portage counties.
• Maintain training and pursue company-funded certifications.
