Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a PC Support Specialist II to provide Tier 2 technical support for desktop systems, software, and peripherals across corporate offices, distribution centers, and field locations. The role ensures optimal functionality and performance of end-user devices while supporting hardware lifecycle refresh projects and enterprise IT initiatives.

This is a 3-month contract based on Goodlettsville, TN, onsite with pay ranging from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Computer Science preferred.
Network+, ITIL, A+, or Microsoft Fundamentals certifications preferred.
Strong understanding of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, VPN, and Active Directory concepts.
Experience supporting remote users and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 technical support for desktop systems, software, and peripherals.
Support hardware lifecycle refresh projects and enterprise IT initiatives.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues, support technology deployments, and maintain a high level of service for end users.
