Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a PC Support Specialist II to deliver Tier 2 desktop support across corporate offices and field locations in Goodlettsville, TN. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals while supporting device lifecycle refreshes and enterprise IT initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, solid troubleshooting skills, and experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android environments. This contract role runs for 3 months with a potential extension.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 desktop support for end-user devices, software, and peripherals.
• Assist with hardware lifecycle refresh projects and IT initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents and deployments.
