Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop, technical, or help desk support in a professional environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across hardware, software, and user access issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-user hardware, software, and access-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve password resets, account permissions, printer problems, network-connected device issues, and other technical concerns.
• Manage and respond to support tickets in accordance with established service expectations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting employees at all levels of the organization.
• Assist with workstation setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Document support activities, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives that support professional growth and expanded technical knowledge.
• Attend training sessions and stay current with evolving technologies and support procedures.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of customer communications.
