Oneida ESC Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Tier 2 FSE Journeyman to provide on-site IT support for staff and students. The role requires basic IT knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to follow documented procedures.

Compensation is $20.00 per hour, with on-site work and opportunities for certification alignment. The ideal candidate will hold HDI/SDI and CompTIA A+ credentials, with ITIL v3/v4 Foundation, and a willingness to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma with 0–2 years of IT support experience.
• Fundamental IT field support knowledge and Windows OS experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, triage, and respond to user support requests through the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Perform desk-side support tasks, including device reimaging, OS reinstalls, and configuration.
• Provide after-hours support for incident and remote access issues.
• Prepare IT equipment for deployment, relocation, or disposal.
• Assist with workstation setups, cabling, and system installations.
• Validate equipment and system performance after maintenance or installation.
• Support diagnostics of network equipment under the direction of networking teams.
• Update, track, and maintain asset inventory records.
• Assist with receiving, tagging, and documenting IT equipment.
• Maintain clear documentation of service actions and ticket updates.
• Support IT needs for staff and student training environments.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Follow established IT service procedures and best practices.
