Oneida Technology Services (OTS) seeks a full-time Tier 2 FSE Journeyman in Nashville, TN. This on-site role focuses on desktop support, imaging, OS reinstalls, and after-hours incidents to ensure reliable IT services.

Responsibilities include monitoring tickets, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobiles, device deployment, asset inventory, and coordination with IT teams to maintain strong service quality. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma with 0–2 years of related IT support experience.
• Fundamental IT field support knowledge with Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of IT operations & maintenance processes.
• Strong customer service, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and work under supervision.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Mansioni

• Monitor, triage, and respond to user support requests through the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Perform desk-side support tasks including device reimaging and OS reinstalls.
• Provide after-hours support for critical incidents and remote access issues.
• Prepare IT equipment for deployment, relocation, or disposal following policies.
• Assist with workstation setups, cabling, and system installations.
• Validate equipment and system performance after maintenance or installation.
• Support diagnostics of network equipment under networking teams.
• Update, track, and maintain asset inventory records.
