Job summary

Oneida Technology Services (OTS) is seeking a highly motivated full-time Tier 2 FSE Journeyman to join our on-site team in Irving, Texas. This role involves hands-on desktop and mobile support, imaging, OS reinstalls, and asset management within a fast-paced IT environment.

The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of IT support experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow documented procedures. U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0–2 years IT support experience.
• Fundamental IT field support with Windows OS.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and obtain/maintain Public Trust Clearance.
• Strong customer service and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and respond to user support requests through the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Perform desk-side support tasks including reimaging, OS reinstalls, and configuration.
• Provide after-hours support for critical incidents and remote access issues.
• Maintain asset inventory records and documentation of service actions.
