Oneida ESC Group is seeking a dedicated Tier 2 FSE Journeyman for an on-site role in Frederick, MD. You will monitor, triage, and resolve user IT requests, handle hardware/software issues, and support deployment and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 0–2 years IT support experience.
• Fundamental IT field support knowledge and experience with Windows.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and work under supervision.
• U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and respond to user support requests via ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobiles.
• Provide after-hours support for critical incidents and telework issues.
• Prepare equipment for deployment, relocation, or disposal per policy.
• Assist with workstation setups, cabling, and installations.
• Maintain asset inventory records and update tickets.
