You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support audio/visual setups in meetings, and maintain documentation. The ideal candidate has clear communication skills, is adaptable, and has basic technical troubleshooting skills.

• Install, update, and maintain software and devices.
• Follow best practices for security and documentation.
