Job summary

Baltimore Ravens is seeking a proactive Ticket Sales Representative to grow PSL and season-ticket sales while maximizing revenue from premium and hospitality products.

You will drive renewals, acquire new accounts, and support events with a focus on exceptional customer service and relationship-building. This role requires a proven sales track record and collaboration with a results-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time ticket sales experience with a professional sports team or similar college environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in sport management, business or related field is required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with high-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Sell PSLs, season tickets, premium memberships and hospitality packages.
• Meet daily sales goals and KPIs through outbound calls, meetings and referrals.
• Attend events to generate leads and close deals with clients.
• Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
