Job summary

Alterra at Snowshoe is seeking an on-site Ticket & Activity Sales Agent for the winter season. You will sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products, and help guests plan their mountain experience with friendly, knowledgeable service.

This seasonal role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with on-mountain housing options and perks like free skiing, 401k, and employee discounts. Start dates range from late November to early December at Snowshoe, WV.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Resort and sales experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products through various sales systems.
• Provide exceptional guest service with knowledgeable and positive interactions.
• Guide guests through their vacation experience with recommendations and resort information.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, including the appearance of On Mountain Sales locations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including money drops.
• Ensure proper inventory and supply levels.
• Participate in pre-shift, department, and resort meetings as needed.
