Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is hiring Rental Technicians for Snowshoe, WV, with seasonal, full-time or part-time opportunities. Training is provided and no gear experience is required—just a positive attitude and excellent customer service.

Position involves helping guests with rentals, maintaining safety, and supporting shop operations while enjoying on-mountain benefits and a lively mountain environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards: inform about equipment, shop, resort and area; uphold professionalism and appearance.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: deliver excellent service, teamwork and safety; maintain accuracy with rentals.
• Support Team Operations: assist Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
• Promote Safety: follow safety guidelines and keep workspace organized; follow policies.
• Ensure Liability Compliance: collect guest/employee information and manage equipment records.
• Contribute to Team Effort: help with related tasks and meet team goals.
