Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company’s Snowshoe resort is seeking friendly Rental Technicians to help guests at our mountain rental shops. No gear experience? training provided; you’ll assist guests with equipment and resort information while upholding guest service standards.

This seasonal on-site role at Snowshoe involves early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with housing options and benefits including medical coverage, 401k, and employee discounts on dining, retail, and passes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards: provide information on equipment, the shop, resort, and area; uphold professionalism and appearance; coordinate with other departments for guest rentals.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: deliver excellent service, teamwork, and safety; ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge.
• Support Team Operations: assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
• Promote Safety: follow safety guidelines, maintain a clutter-free workspace, and adhere to food/drink policies.
• Ensure Liability Compliance: collect and record guest/employee information; manage equipment records and maintenance needs.
• Contribute to Team Effort: achieve results as needed and assist with related tasks.
