Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking an on-site Ticket & Activity Sales Agent for the winter season. You will handle lift tickets, season passes, and activity tickets at The Depot and On-Mountain Sales locations, delivering friendly, knowledgeable guest service.

This fast-paced role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Resort or sales experience is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Resort and sales experience preferred.
• One year of related work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products through sales systems.
• Provide exceptional guest service with knowledgeable and positive interactions.
• Guide guests through their vacation experience with recommendations and resort information.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at On Mountain Sales locations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including money drops.
• Ensure proper inventory and supply levels.
• Participate in pre-shift, department, and resort meetings as needed.
