Job summary

Join The Soraya’s Ticket Office at CSUN as a part-time Ticket Office Lead on the Northridge campus. You will support day-to-day ticket office operations, including opening/closing, selling tickets, printing, and assisting patrons across venue spaces.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced arts environment. On-site hours include regular, rentals, nights, and weekends; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to perform ticket office operations with accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in administrative work and audience/patron services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out regular ticket office duties (selling tickets, printing tickets, answering patron questions).
• Process school and general group orders and manage promotional codes.
• Coordinate with Front-of-House and event teams; support equipment checks and maintenance.
