Job summary

The California State University, Northridge (CSUN) is seeking a Ticket Office Lead to support daily ticketing and customer service for events at the Soraya, Great Hall, and related venues.

Under supervision, you will manage opening/closing duties, process group orders, and assist with ticket exchanges and promotions while delivering high quality patron service. This is a on-site, part-time role located at CSUN in Northridge. The position is temporary and on-site, with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative work providing audience or patron services or theatre support is preferred.
• Ability to open/close the ticket office and handle routine ticketing tasks with accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for multiple venues.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets and answer patron questions in a busy ticket office.
• Process school and general group orders and coordinate with organizers.
• Handle ticket exchanges, complimentary tickets, and promotional codes.
• Support Soraya event management and Front-of-House teams to ensure service quality.
• Perform routine checks on ticket office equipment and coordinate repairs.
