Job summary

The California State University, Northridge is seeking a Senior Ticket Office Lead to coordinate day-to-day Ticket Office activities and provide administrative support for performances at The Soraya and related venues. You will lead staff, prepare routine sales reports, and ensure high levels of customer service for VIPs, donors, and patrons.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Ticket Office activities and open/close procedures.
• Lead staff scheduling and provide training to Leads and pooled staff.
• Maintain relationships with VIPs and donors and handle routine ticketing needs.
• Coordinate house and complimentary ticketing and assist Front-of-House staff.
• Prepare and distribute ticket inventory reports and weekly audits.
