Job summary

Proofpoint, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a Manager, Threat Protection Services to lead a team of Threat Strategy Managers across regions and drive proactive engagement that advances clients' email security programs.

The role collaborates with PCMS leadership to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and the Managed Threat Program, while mentoring the Threat Strategy team daily.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in information security.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Threat Strategy Managers to drive professional growth and technical excellence.
• Identify and prioritize short- and long-term goals for the team.
• Develop and oversee strategies to meet complex customer requirements using Proofpoint solutions.
• Plan and lead process improvements to boost customer satisfaction with services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the evolving threat landscape and provide guidance on threats.
