Job summary

Halfords is seeking a 3rd Party Network Manager to lead the outsourced service provider network within Commercial Fleet Services. You will drive performance, compliance, and commercial effectiveness across multiple UK supplier networks, balancing customer needs with safety and quality standards.

The role requires regular UK travel, supplier audits, onboarding, and quarterly business reviews to optimise coverage, capability and cost for fleet services at scale.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing supplier, contractor, franchise or service partner networks.
• Strong supplier relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, SLAs and service performance frameworks.
• Commercial negotiation and contract management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier performance against service levels and KPIs.
• Conduct supplier audits, governance reviews and due diligence for onboarding.
• Develop supplier scorecards and governance frameworks for network health.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement and Health & Safety teams to ensure governance and risk mitigation.
• Travel regularly across the UK to supplier sites and conduct performance reviews.
