Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee corporate vehicle operations, driver support, vendor management, and fleet programs across the organization. You will manage leasing, maintenance, repairs, fuel programs, insurance, replacements, track metrics and budgets, and partner with vendors to ensure service and compliance.

You will contribute to safety initiatives and sustainability efforts, including EV and green mobility strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fleet management experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with fleet reporting, budgeting, and operational planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations including leasing, maintenance, repairs, fuel programs, insurance, and replacements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders on fleet needs.
• Partner with vendors to ensure top service and efficiency.
• Track fleet metrics, budgets, vehicle utilization, and reporting requirements.
• Support safety initiatives, driver training, and compliance efforts.
• Drive sustainability and fleet modernization initiatives, including EV and green mobility strategies.
