Job summary

Highland Spring Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the day-to-day execution and performance of our logistics network from our UK operations. You will own relationships with 3PL warehouse partners, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in stock accuracy, costs and service levels while coordinating commissioning and transitions across warehouses.

The role requires strong commercial focus, capability to manage migrations and systems cutover, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or 3PL management in FMCG or high-volume environments.
• Proven track record in warehouse commissioning, start-up or operational transition.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable delivery.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning and start-up of new or changing warehouse operations.
• Manage relationships with external logistics partners and monitor KPIs.
• Plan and manage stock transfers, migrations and systems cutover.
• Identify capacity constraints and mitigate risks in logistics.
• Provide reporting on service, cost, stock, capacity, risks and actions.
• Lead and develop the Logistics team.
