Job summary

Novuna Vehicle Solutions is seeking an experienced leader to head the national Network Management team. You will lead Regional Network Managers, ensure delivery of customer, commercial and operational objectives across the UK, and develop our first network with focus on vehicle availability and supplier performance.

You will build partnerships with repairers, dealers and internal stakeholders, coach teams, and drive KPI improvements while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading geographically dispersed teams in automotive, fleet, supplier, network or operational environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, including managing supplier performance, rates, rebates and service delivery.
• Proven track record delivering measurable improvements through KPIs and improvement plans.
• Influential communicator who builds partnerships whilst constructively challenging where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Regional Network Managers, creating a high-performing and accountable culture.
• Drive network performance across coverage, capacity, customer outcomes, VOR reduction and operational KPIs.
• Identify and deliver commercial opportunities through supplier performance and commercial value optimisation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with repairers, dealers, specialist suppliers and key internal stakeholders.
