Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Carrier Performance & Compliance Manager to standardize, audit, and enforce carrier compliance across multiple 3PLs and carrier networks on behalf of the shipper. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Carrier Procurement.

The position emphasizes onboarding SOPs, KPI management, governance, and continuous improvement with carriers, including escalation and performance reviews. A base salary range is provided with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience within a 4PL/LLP model.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing carrier sourcing or procurement teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Standardize, audit, and enforce carrier compliance across multiple 3PLs and carrier networks.
• Define and govern carrier KPIs aligned to client SLAs and contracts.
• Build and manage scorecards, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Lead Carrier Business Reviews and performance reviews with carriers.
• Develop corrective action plans (CAPs) and drive root cause analysis.
