RTX is seeking an early-career Thermal Engineer to join the Mechanical Analysis and Test (MA&T) Department. You will perform detailed thermal analyses from concept through qualification and production support, using hand methods and finite element tools, with peer review and data correlation.

You will plan and support tests, present results to customers and document work for reference, while ensuring cost and schedule alignment in a collaborative team environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in thermal analysis using the listed tools (FloTHERM, PATRAN, Thermal Desktop/SINDA, ANSYS) is required or highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and perform thermodynamic analyses.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
