RTX is seeking an early-career Thermal Engineer to join the MA&T Department. You will handle detailed thermal analyses across product lifecycles, from design trade studies to qualification testing and production support.

The role requires knowledge in thermodynamics, ability to work with finite element tools, and collaboration within a team. You will present findings and contribute to robust, cost-effective solutions for complex aerospace systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2+ years of thermal analysis experience.
• Experience with FloTHERM, PATRAN, Thermal Desktop/SINDA or ANSYS.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance and citizenship.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.

• Perform hand calculations to determine scope of higher detail analysis models.
• Perform detailed thermal analyses to solve program challenges.
• Generate test plans to validate analyses and verify hardware to requirements.
